Our History
Since 1935 Singleton Health Care Center has been and continues to be a family owned and operated 50 bed facility with the owner/administrator on the premises full time. We are a skilled nursing and long term care facility. Additionally, we have 12 private assisted living beds which are Medicaid Waiver approved and are located in our beautifully restored mansion which has been maintained keeping its wonderful charm since it was built in 1902. As a dedicated long term care facility, we prioritize continuity of care.
Singleton Health Care Center is one of the few remaining Skilled Nursing Facilities in Ohio to be run out of an actual home and to be operated directly by the owners instead of a corporation, making it a true “family owned and operated” business. Our family has been running Singleton since 1980 and the owners are on-site and accessible at least 5 days a week, taking a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. Choosing the right long term care facility is a big decision, and we are here to help.
Our Location
We are conveniently located in Midtown Cleveland, within approximately one mile of the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center, and the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. Our central location makes us an ideal long term care facility for Cleveland residents.
